Helge Kolaschnik specializes in corporate and business law, including, in particular, providing counsel to small and medium-sized companies on all restructuring measures; advising start-ups through their entire lifecycle, from the start-up phase to the sale of the company; and advising buyers and sellers that are parties to M&A transactions. Helge Kolaschnik advises entrepreneurs and wealthy families on how to transfer assets to the next generation as well as on questions of how to draft an entrepreneur’s last will. He has published articles and delivered lectures in the field of corporate law and business law, and he has served on various boards of directors and advisors.
