Alexander Jehn focuses on corporate and commercial law, providing counsel in particular to small and medium-sized companies or their shareholders on all (re)structuring and capital measures, the sale of shares or companies, and shareholders' disputes. He also advises clients on corporate succession and real estate transactions. Mr. Jehn is well-versed in setting up and maintaining national and international franchise and licensing systems. He also works with litigation in this area. Mr. Jehn has published numerous articles and monographs, including in particular in the area of corporate law.
