CLAUS MAURICO LAHNER, LL.M.

Mr. Lahner specializes in (IT-)contract law and IT law as well as e-commerce and data protection law. In addition to the purely legal aspects, Mr. Lahner has many years of experience in advising the management of medium-sized companies always in the context of the relevant departments in the company. This applies to complex contracts as well as IT projects and compliance or data protection management systems. As part of his work, Mr. Lahner has been legally involved in several M&A projects.

In addition, Mr. Lahner advises startups and young companies on the development of terms and conditions and standardized contracts in order to realize their founding or business idea. He also supports companies in implementing the first, necessary steps in the area of data protection and compliance.
